The PANA snake head cuticle cleaner bit perfect for cleaning and prepping the cuticle area to avoid lifting at the nail bed. Take off the dead cuticle and rough skin around the nail without tearing the skin. Prepare the cuticle area without damaging your client's nail plate and clean in the hard to reach areas of the nail. The drill bit is perfect for acrylic, gel or powder dip to make it last longer.

long lasting but soft enough to use on natural nails
i use it to push the cuticle and remove the dry skin left on the nail plate that would make any enhancement lift. also, i buff out any hard skin on the side of the finger with this bit.
