Return & Refund Policy
If you would like to start a return, please fill out the customer service form within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. All returns must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in anyway. We reserve the right to offer a partial or no refund for any open or damaged items that are returned.
Returns of items purchased that are not the result of our error may be subject to a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

With limited exceptions, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for all purchases. If you would like to return a new and gently used item within 30 days of purchase date, please start a return process and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
In order for your order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- It is within the last 30 calendar days of your purchase date
- All products in your order are in the original, undamaged, and unopened packaging (unless item was damaged during transit)

Any product that falls under the categories cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used by customer
- Items that have been damaged by customer trial and error
- Items that have been opened by customer
- Items must be bought from www.beauticom.com and not from any third-party seller websites including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and more
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
All brush returns must be in a brand-new condition (unused, unopened, and undamaged) in original packaging including the blister carton box or original tube. Any brushes that have been used or tested will be refused for a return and refund, as bristles must be undamaged. All items, including brushes, is to be inspected and determined for a refund during the return process. Any returned brushes that have been damaged in anyway (including packaging) will be disposed and denied a refund. In addition, if a refund is eligible, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
We reserve the right to provide a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new and original condition. The amount of the partial refund will be determined, our sole discretion, by the condition of the item. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge, and the actual return shipping fee, which generally ranges from $99 to $695 or more (depending on size and weight), if the item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at our warehouse.
Additionally, the customer will be responsible to pay the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee if we receive an Oversized Item return for any of the following reasons:
- You refuse a delivery without inspection
- You miss a delivery appointment
- You return a non-defective or undamaged product
All customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any orders. We are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost items in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended to insure returns.
To return an item, please fill out the customer service form the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Order Number
- Photo of Received Order
- Brief Summary of Return
- Along with a return and copy of email, package your returns in a secure box or padded envelope.
- Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label
- Packages should be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or FEDEX.
- Items that are valued over $100 must be shipped with insurance.
- Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
After receiving your return, a thorough inspection will be issued for the condition of the order. Once inspection is completed, a decision of the refund will be determined.
Please allow 5-10 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.
