Works great but came cracked... Love customer service!!
Came alone in bubble mailer & was cracked in transport. The crack was upsetting but when I contacted customer service, they sent a replacement for the cracked ones... I couldn't wait for the replacement to come for my client, so I still tried using the cracked ones. Works well otherwise, keeps acetone hot enough for a full removal of one hand before needing to be reheated for other. I use for dip powder.

Woooooooow omg the best
Ok so I used this today and I had to come and write a review. I was u sure if it was gonna work and let me tell you I put hot water under part and acetone in the finger place and no joke I had my fingers on for 15 mints and it got worm be but not hot and I soked off all of the stuff on my nails. Only think I wish it had BUT not a issue is a lid so I could keep the acetone in for next time but beside that this product is a must to keep ur natural nails healthy

Such a great invention!
Keeping hot water in the bottom and acetone in the top creates a mini spa day for your clients. the heat also helps remove product faster !
